Clinical Interests
Sydney is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals of all ages stay strong, mobile, and injury-free. She incorporates a blend of manual therapy techniques—including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and dry needling—alongside targeted exercise programming to support each patient’s specific goals. Sydney specializes in orthopedic care including post-operative rehabilitation, with a focus on restoring function and enhancing performance.
Personal Interests
Before becoming a physical therapist, Sydney competed nationally in figure skating. Today, she stays active through strength training, Pilates, and running. She loves being outdoors and takes full advantage of sunny days with activities like running along the Charles River, paddleboarding, and hiking.
