Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide timely care to all of our patients, we require a credit card to hold your appointment.

Notice for Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. For appointments on Monday, please call by Friday or leave a voicemail over the weekend and we will return your call as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

Missed or Late Cancellations:

If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a $97 missed appointment fee will be charged to your account. Please note that insurance companies do not cover missed appointment fees.
