Meet Jon Esposito

JonPhD candidate, MA, CSCS, USAW, CISSN

Jon has a Master’s Degree in exercise science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as certified in Olympic weightlifting (USAW) and nutrition through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN).

He is currently pursuing his PhD in health and human performance through Concordia University of Chicago. He was most recently a collegiate strength coach at Tennessee Tech University (Division I, Ohio Valley Conference) where he earned his Master’s Degree and worked with Women’s Track & Field, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Men’s and Women’s Golf, and Women’s Soccer. In addition to assisting with Men’s Football and Men’s Baseball.

At Tennessee Tech University he helped lead Women’s Track & Field to their first ever Indoor and Outdoor OVC conference championships in school history.

Jon has years of extensive knowledge and experience in training elite level athletes and is currently working with individual track and field athletes trying to qualify for the 2021 Olympics in the 400 and 200 m sprint.

Additionally, Jon has proficient knowledge and experience in working with the general and older populations to help optimize their health through nutrition and exercise.
