Spine and Sports Injury Center is a 34-year-old multi-disciplinary practice located here in Boston with a proven track record of working with some of the greatest athletes and most successful business professionals in the world. Our highly trained team has years of experience in health and wellness, strength and conditioning, personal training, yoga, human performance and athletics.

All services are offered by appointment and available in your hotel roomor the spa/gym on the 7th floor, or virtually. Packages are available and services may be combined to optimize performance and help you feel your best.

We are unique in that we have Licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy that can not only treat your ailments but also offer personal one-on-one experienced Personal Training right here at One Dalton. You can also choose to work with one or our Certified Personal Trainer with less of a medical background but highly experienced in Personal training.

Yoga Instruction

Yoga is recognized worldwide as a profound way to increase both physical and psychological health. Whether your goal is to increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or ameliorate pain, yoga can unravel unproductive patterns and create sustainable growth.

Our highly trained yoga instructors will create individualized sessions to cater to your unique needs and meet your goals. Past or current health conditions and/or injuries can be accommodated in this setting. Beginners to experienced yogis welcome.

Individuals, Duos or Trio sessions available. Extended sessions (1.5 – 2 hours) and small groups also available upon request.

Golf Specific

Titleist Performance Institute Screening (TPI):

The TPI Evaluation will consist of a 16-point screening to determine the golfer’s range of motion, strength, flexibility, stability, posture, and balance.

The TPI physical screen will isolate any physical limitations and correlate these findings to your swing characteristics. With these findings, the TPI certified medical professional will develop a customized exercise program that focuses on correcting any imbalances that may be affecting your swing efficiency. You will receive a program including instructional videos on each exercise.

Massage Therapy

Swedish Massage

The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Nutrition Consultations and In-Line Body Testing

What does your weight really represent? When you step on a scale, you can’t see how much muscle or fat you have. All you see is how heavy you weigh.

Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water on an InBodyResult Sheet. An InBody Test only take a few minutes.

Single Sessions

InBody + Plan: 1 Hour: $250

Includes comprehensive take home PDF review on sleep, nutrition, and exercise recommendations with customized plans and nutritional resources and discounts (Thorne, Viome, etc.).

Nutrition Consultation + Plan: 1 Hour: $185

No InBody, done remotely. Includes comprehensive take home PDF review on sleep, nutrition, and exercise recommendations with customized plans and nutritional resources and discounts (Thorne, Viome, etc.).

InBody + Plan + Personal Training Sessions: $350

Includes comprehensive take home PDF review on sleep and nutrition. This option also includes a one time 60 minute personal training session.
